This is a full-time position for a Customer Support role located in Bridgend.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling online and telephone support queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Required Skills:

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in providing online and telephone support
• Progressing work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team Player
• Proficient in interrogating and understanding data
• Excellent MS Office skills
