What is the motor rewinding procedure?
We remove your motor’s old coil and wind in a new coil, with varnishing afterwards.
The following is carried out when we rewind your motor:
- Inspection

- Bearing replacement
- Testing
Engineers record all the existing data before dismantling the motor. They then check and clean all components. Datum checks are then completed before repairing/replacing defect parts of the motor.
Finally, we clean and varnish your new stator and rotor windings before rebalancing.
