Job description:

Based in Bridgend, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company within the industrial electronic supply sector as an Internal Sales Executive with business to business sales experience.

You will be joining an organisation where your success will be pivotal to the future development of this dynamic and growing business.

As an internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for all aspects of generating new business, from supporting sales managers to lead generation and account management.

Being responsible for your own geographical area your duties will include:

 

Role:

  • Hitting the phone, calling existing, new and dormant customers to create new enquiries to start growing your account base and managing the existing one.
  • Dealing with customers to secure purchase orders, go aheads and collections
  • Maximising sales opportunities to ensure you are smashing daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Confidently build relationships with key decision makers to ensure Kontroltek are part of their preferred supply chain.
  • Using your initiative, commercial experience and awesome selling techniques to gain the best result for Kontroltek. This will include negotiating payment terms, selling soltions and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches our service offering.

 

Skills required

  • Exceptional communication skills in all forms, written and verbal – English speaking is essential
  • IT literate and experience of using a CRM
  • Preferably Sales experience – ideally in B2B
  • Be able to multitask in a high pressured environment
  • A positive attitude with a winning mentality
  • Strive to work together to achieve our vision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Open to Flexible Working)

Excellent salary dependant on experience available

Working Hours: 08.00 t0 16.30 Mon to Thurs. 08.00 t0 13.00 Fridays
