This is a full-time on-site role for an Electric Motors & Mechanical Engineer located in Bridgend with the opportunity to progress to Team Leader position for the right candidate.

Required Skills:

• Identification and diagnostic skills for failure and repairs of motors and gearboxes

• Good knowledge of motors and gearboxes – evaluation, dismantling, repairing and reassembly.
• Ability to measure electrical diagnostics such as voltage, current, resistance etc.

• Able to effectively dismantle, assess and determine reason for failure of motors.

• Progressing work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Team Player.
